What's in my Travel Bag 2015

Image
It has been a stressful couple of months where now it seems like everything has happened was just a nightmare.  It is only 2 days to go before I am going away for holiday - though it is more of me going back to Indonesia for a month and we will be stopping by Thailand in between.  I am soooo excited because I haven't been home for 4 years and with everything that has happened, I definitely can assure you that I need the holiday - not only to relax but also to detox my soul and to replenish my energy before I am starting a new adventure.  So, what's in my travel bag this time.  I am trying so hard to have a smaller toilettries this year, because I do have a tendency to bring my whole wardrobe because I just can't choose.  However, I think this time I have done pretty well (I hope!!! :P) As I will be going to Bali and Phuket, suncream is a MUST!!!! Can't stressed enough how important to protect ourselves from the sun to avoid unneccesary burn or health concern ...

June Favourites 2015

Image
It has been so long since my last blog post and I know that this is such a late post for my June favourites but I still decided to post it anyways.  From Top Left Clockwise:  Cover FX Custom Cover Drop, Cover FX Matte Setting Powder, Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 1% BHA Lotion, Paula's Choice Resist Intensive Wrinkle-Repair Retinol Serum, Hydralight and Skin Recovery Moisturiser, MAC Soar lipliner and Louise Young Foundation Brush No. LY34   I love the colour that is slightly pinky plum and I mix it with most of nude lipsticks that's perfect to use during summer when you have some tan on  A clever innovation from Cover FX when they invent this custom drop because you can use it with mostly everything from your moisturiser to your foundation, the main part is that you adjust how much coverage you want to add.  I have been using the drops with my YSL Teint Foundation together with their Matte Setting Powder for that long lasting effect without any sign...

My Journey to a Healthy Lifestlye - Week 2

Image
Here is my second week in eating healthy.  My meal for this week has been pretty much the same, so here we go :) Breakfast:      Spinach Omelette with Anchovies Lunch:  Tuna with Iceberg Lettuce, Sweetcorn, Walnuts, Avocado, Olive oil and Cayenne Pepper Dinner:  Stir-fry Minced Turkey and Aubergine A very simple food yet yummy and they are full with protein, good fats and keep you feel full longer too.  I always spiced them up with chilli pepper, turmeric, etc whatever into your liking and make sure you keep yourself active all the time and drink loads of water (I tend to drink 3 - 4 litre a day) to keep hydrated.  Have a good day dolls ^^

My Journey to a Healthy Lifestyle - Week 1

Image
I thought I'd start something different on my blog and after been thinking for a while, I decided to record my journey to a better and a healthier lifestyle.  I have always been very active when I was a child; I was in any sorts of sports except Volleyball and Basketball; I was so in love with ballet and I danced for a while.  But, since I came to London for study - it seems that all of that active lifestyle has just gone into drain.  I know it is such a cliche to blog about this because it is something that most people are experiencing around the globe.  I came across bulimia when I was still doing ballet, I tried so many different diets but nothing seems to work.   After so many years of the failure and one day it hit my head that it is time for be to step up and to take control of my life.  So, I joined the gym, met amazing people but something still seems off.  It took a while for me to figure out that I will never forget about dancing so I decid...

February Favourites - 2015

Image
Can't believe that it is March already, where has these two months have gone.  February has been a slight of a roller-coaster where I literally lived in a suitcase and finding it's hard to find a time to blog as well.  Anyways, it is now back to normal - sort of and I just wanted to share few of my favourite looks and stuff in February, that consists of Valentine's look and a Chinese New Year's look.  Here we go ^^  Valentine's Look:  This time I went for a more gold, brown mixed with pink and navy.  Don't you think that it is boring if every Valentine's you have to involve only either pink or red colour?!  I personally do so I went for something bit different.  Chinese New year Look:  It is the year of the Sheep and I am beyond excitement to look forward to this year because there are so many exciting things and so many planning as well as preparation but in a good way.  Here was the look I did to celebrate the year,...
