Rose Gold

Image
It has been no secret that I love rose gold.  It's one of the most beautiful colour that cross between pink and gold but with a hint of champagne.  For the past months, I have been obsessed with them even more than before and these products have been my everyday go to. From left clockwise: Cover FX highlighter in Blossom Kevyn Aucoin The Neo-Bronzer Cover FX highlighter in Moonlight Charlotte Tilbury Lipliner in Pink Venus &  Airbrush Flawless Finish No 2 -Medium                                                                                     Aren't they the most beautiful products?  I love mixing the moonlight with my foundation to give me that glow especially it is now spring so I can go a little bit crazy with highlights and some dewy...

My Current Make-up Routine and Outfit of The Day

Image
British Summer Time begins and it is official - Spring has arrived!!!  Whenever a season changes, I always have a hard time with my make-up transition.  For the past month, I have literally tried different looks every other day to find the one that I liked or even the one that went well with the season.  It wasn't easy but I finally decided for this look, because it is not only simple and easy; but also it is a look that can be done in 15 minutes.  I have also included a short video on the look and the following products I used are:  Dr. Jart BB Cream SPF 40+ Dior Star Brightening Concealer in 001 and YSL Touche Eclat No. 1.5 on top Chanel Soleil Tan de Chanel Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit in Fawn and Banana for under eye Charlotte Tilbury Film Star Bronze & Glow  Urban Decay Naked Basics 1 - Naked 2 for whole lids, Charlotte Tilbury Film Star Bronze & Glow in the Sculpt for the crease and the Highlighter to highlight the inner corner ...

February Favourites - 2015

Image
Can't believe that it is March already, where has these two months have gone.  February has been a slight of a roller-coaster where I literally lived in a suitcase and finding it's hard to find a time to blog as well.  Anyways, it is now back to normal - sort of and I just wanted to share few of my favourite looks and stuff in February, that consists of Valentine's look and a Chinese New Year's look.  Here we go ^^  Valentine's Look:  This time I went for a more gold, brown mixed with pink and navy.  Don't you think that it is boring if every Valentine's you have to involve only either pink or red colour?!  I personally do so I went for something bit different.  Chinese New year Look:  It is the year of the Sheep and I am beyond excitement to look forward to this year because there are so many exciting things and so many planning as well as preparation but in a good way.  Here was the look I did to celebrate the year,...

Hello 2015, well sort of as we are at the last day of January so I know I am a bit late.  O well, that is just the 'Dory' in me ^^ I wished everyone had an amazing holidays and the New Year was starting off the right track.  Mine - has been okay so far, some good days and some bad days but I have learnt to take things one day at a time and stay completely positive.   Anyways, here was my January make up look for everyday wear.  I have been trying to focus more on my skin regime and reduce the amount of make-up slathered on my face and what's the best time to do it if it's not January - detox day ^^  From L-R Clockwise:   M.A.C Blusher in Buff Ben Nye Luxury Powder in Banana (my all-time favourite) NARS Sheer Glow Foundation in Punjab M.A.C Cream Colour Base in Hush (I used it as a highlighter) Bobbi Brown Eyeshadow in Petal for lids and Taupe for the outer corner.  I also used Taupe as a contouring  Koji Dolly Wink Eyeliner in Black ...
