Show Some Love

Hey my lovelies, here is my last and maybe my favourite Valentines look.  Something very simple yet show the soft and romantic side.  Sometimes less is more and this look will definitely turn your loved ones' head around when you don't try too hard and it can be worn as everyday look ^^
Products I used:

Step by Step:

Prep the eye using Illamasqua Cream Pigment in Hollow and Apply MAC Jest eyeshadow all over the eye
Apply MAC All That Glitter on the eye lid
Using Pencil Brush, apply Too Faced Matte Eyes Palette in Vintage Violet on the outer crease
Blend in MAC Tempting just on the outer corner up to the crease
Apply MAC Tempting on the lower lashes connected to the end of the eye and All That Glitters on the inner eye.
Finished the look of with eyeliner and tons of mascara from Max Factor Clump Defy (for me anyways as mine is so fine!!!)
Closer Look
As I am feeling slightly flirtatious, I added some falsies just at the outer corner of the eye.  You can use a full lash and cut them into half instead of full lashes ^^
Final Look by adding:
  1. MAC Mineralize Blush in Giggly
  2. Bobbi Brown Lipstick SPF 15 in Sweet Nectar - I only dab some on the centre of lips and using my finger to spread them along the lips to give them stain look
  3. Last but not least, pearl headband to finish off the look.  I've had this band for years and usually I never really bothered with my hair but when I feel a girl I love wearing them and it does compliment the look - soft and sweet ^^

Sophie Smokey Eye set

Xmas Party has always been all about food, drinks and nonetheless to look effortlessly gorgeous, so I thought I would go for a simple make up look a.k.a Smokey eyes by using Illamasqua Limited Edition Sophie Smokey Eye set.  This set is very simple and you only need 4 items in total:  Stealth Eyeshadow on the lids & brow-bone, Machine Eyeshadow on the outer eye & along the crease, Sophie Eye Pencil and Mascara in Raven.  To finish off the look I used Illamasqua Eyeshadow in Vernau as a bronzer and lipstick in Obey.  Not forgotten for the nails, I am currently using Illamasqua Nail Varnish in Caress to go with the smokey eyes look.  It is a gorgeous ice blue that reminds me of snowflakes - I suppose ^^ I wish everyone as well as my lovely followers a lovely Merry Christmas xoxo

All About Bright & Bold Lips

Xmas only few days to go and I thought I might share some of my favourite bright lips colour to welcome the festive season.  Since I was a kid I have always hated red and bright colours and have always stick with neutral colours.  It's only from beginning of this year that I decided to come out from my comfort zone and begins to explore different colours.  My little collection starting from left to right: MAC Amplified Lipstick - Impassioned Bobbi Brown Rich Lip Color SPF 12 - Old Hollywood Matt Finish Yves Rocher - No. 101 Framboise  Chanel Rouge Allure from Red Collection - No.  99 Pirate Matt Finish Illamasqua - Magnetism Matt Finish  My first purchased will be MAC Amplified Lipstick in Impassioned.  It is a high pigmented lipstick and a creamy texture without leaving your lips dry and stay moisturised.  This is one of my favourite colour from MAC collection as the formula is quite pigmented, you only need one glide, it's a beaut...
