Image
Happy Easter dolls ^^, hope you all have a great long weekend.  My post today is about my current obsession as you all know I love having a flawless. matte and long lasting make-up, and I came across this products whilst on preciousaboutmakeup.com searching for new products. So Ben Nye was a make up artist who was known for his work throughout the make up industry speacialising in film and theatre so definitely I must get my hands on when I bumped into the product.  Source:  http://www.preciousaboutmakeup.com/makeup/ben-nye-liquiset-mixing-setting-liquid-4oz The website said that: Spray all over completed make up to prevent smudges and have a water resistant finish.   It keeps the make up stay on the place without leaving any marks after a long day.  Here is the pictures below: After Final Seal 5 hours later and haven't re-powder ^^ My take on this product is that I'm loving it and been using them ever since I bought them especially with t...

Hey dolls, happy fridays and hope you lovelies had a great week so far.  This week my look is inspired by Miss Dior latest ad including a short film starring Natalie Portman and directed by Sophia Copella called 'La Vie en Rose'.  I heart this look as you can tell that by the title that it fills with full of romance, love, pink and purple (so parisian and l'Amoure ^^).  Step by step: Prep the skin and I'm using Illamasqua Matt Primer Illamasqua Skin Base Foundation No. 8.5 and Make up Forever HD Translucent Loose Powder Bobbi Brown Eyeshadow in Lilac Illamasqua Eyebrow Cake in Gaze link In the ad Natalie was using Purple Liner in replace to Black liner so I am using Bobbi Brown Long wear Gel Liner in Violet Purple - which for some reason look more blue in the picture :( and then I used Max Factor Clump Defy mascara  Using Illamasqua Gleam in the inner corner of the eyes, under brow bone, along the centre of the nose and along th...

Recently I  joined a new beauty sharing website called Baobella.  It is a place where all beauty lovers can share and inspired one another.  In addition, there is a forum section where all beauty lovers can post questions regarding absolute everything. The website called  www.baobella.com  and it is very easy navigated and one of my favourite is the pictures layout especially for someone like me who only have couple of hours a day to blog due to my full time work.  They are collaborating with Shoreditch School of makeup and are currently holding a competition for bloggers and the look I chose to enter was the ones that I created in a whim, which I named it Smokey Bronze Eyes.   The winner will receive a 6 week professional make up training course, personal shopping at MAC, a luxury afternoon tea with the Baobella Team and a chance to interview an award winning make up artist Siobhon Luckie.  They will also choose a runner up who will ...

Retro & Old Glam

Image
Hey lovelies, this is my second time of channeling a celebrity look - Emma Stone.  If anyone has seen Gangster Squad, I'm sure you would agree on how gorgeous she looked on the set with her porcelain skin and that retro old glam look.   Obviously, I neither have red hair nor having a fair porcelain skin but it's the makeup that intrigued me to re-create the look - as close as I can so I hope you guys will enjoy it ^^ Overall products I used: Step by step: I know it looked weird, I tried this speckled method after attended the Beauty Drop in at Illamasqua where so you can see I had my highlighter, bronzer and my foundation all dotted along the face where I wanted them to be  Blend Blend Blend and Voila the end result :D Instead using Illamasqua Eyebrow Cake in Gaze, I used Too Faced Matte Palette in Coffee Bean for eyebrows, Midnight eyeshadow for lid only, eyeliner and Mascara.  I have been dying to use Illamasqua Gleam since I boug...
