Since the make up course at Illamasqua, I have been rocking winged eye liner.  If I was asked to choose between eyeshadow and eyeliner, I will definitely go for eyeliner because it defines and lifts your eyes with one sweep.  Winged eyeliner has been quite tricky for my eye shape as sometimes I just can't get the winged right, but there's a saying 'Practice makes Perfect' ^^.  I still have problems with them from time to time but never put me off from loving them and rocking them.  So here's some looks I have teamed with the eyeliner  I'm using Maybelline Eyestudio Drama Gel Liner - No. 01 Black I'm using Illamasqua Eyeliner Cake in Danger mixed with Sealing Gel (a MUST HAVE!!!) ^^ Finally get my hands on triangle shading - will post the step by step on the next blog :D Does anyone of you have a favourite eye liner look? I was attending a make-up course at Illamasqua the other day and was shown a step by step demonstration on how to create a smokey eyes for a night out.  The atmosphere was very friendly with a small size class plus the tutor was very informative as well.  Blank Canvas Before Foundation & how concealer under the brow bone really lift up the eye ^^ It's all about Contouring - Im completely obsessed with it!!! Final Look!!! One trick I've learnt through the night was to skip a concealer and used a peach cream pigment to conceal any dark circles and it does wonder.  Since the course, I have been using the cream pigment in Emerge instead of concealer ^^  Obviously, I didn't leave the store without purchasing any products and as valentine's day is around the corner, I'm all about peach colour (o well ^^).  Clockwise from left: Cream Pigment - Emerge Blusher - Lover Lipstick - Sonnet Have a great weekend xx

Xmas Party has always been all about food, drinks and nonetheless to look effortlessly gorgeous, so I thought I would go for a simple make up look a.k.a Smokey eyes by using Illamasqua Limited Edition Sophie Smokey Eye set.  This set is very simple and you only need 4 items in total:  Stealth Eyeshadow on the lids & brow-bone, Machine Eyeshadow on the outer eye & along the crease, Sophie Eye Pencil and Mascara in Raven.  To finish off the look I used Illamasqua Eyeshadow in Vernau as a bronzer and lipstick in Obey.  Not forgotten for the nails, I am currently using Illamasqua Nail Varnish in Caress to go with the smokey eyes look.  It is a gorgeous ice blue that reminds me of snowflakes - I suppose ^^ I wish everyone as well as my lovely followers a lovely Merry Christmas xoxo

Xmas only few days to go and I thought I might share some of my favourite bright lips colour to welcome the festive season.  Since I was a kid I have always hated red and bright colours and have always stick with neutral colours.  It's only from beginning of this year that I decided to come out from my comfort zone and begins to explore different colours.  My little collection starting from left to right: MAC Amplified Lipstick - Impassioned Bobbi Brown Rich Lip Color SPF 12 - Old Hollywood Matt Finish Yves Rocher - No. 101 Framboise  Chanel Rouge Allure from Red Collection - No.  99 Pirate Matt Finish Illamasqua - Magnetism Matt Finish  My first purchased will be MAC Amplified Lipstick in Impassioned.  It is a high pigmented lipstick and a creamy texture without leaving your lips dry and stay moisturised.  This is one of my favourite colour from MAC collection as the formula is quite pigmented, you only need one glide, it's a beaut...
